This Refund Policy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 3rd of September 2023, by and between Airstrip AI, a provider of personalized, compliant legal assistance to businesses (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customers"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund process for Airstrip AI's services, ensuring transparency, fairness, and exceptional customer experience.

Definitions

1. "Airstrip AI" refers to the company providing personalized, lawyer-level legal assistance and documents to businesses of various types and stages, including startups, service businesses, and freelancers.
2. "AI" refers to artificial intelligence, a branch of computer science that simulates human intelligence to perform tasks such as data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
3. "Free Plan" refers to the basic service offered by Airstrip AI, which includes one free legal document.
4. "Per Document Plan" refers to the service offered by Airstrip AI, which costs $30 for each document.
5. "Unlimited Plan" refers to the subscription package offered by Airstrip AI, which costs $50 per month and includes unlimited legal documents and additional features.
6. "Customers" refer to individuals or entities who utilize Airstrip AI's services, including users of the Free Plan, Per Document Plan, and Unlimited Plan.
7. "Refund" refers to the reimbursement of fees paid by the Customers for the Per Document Plan or the Unlimited Plan, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Eligibility

1.1 Subscription Refund: Customers who have subscribed to any of Airstrip AI's plans are eligible for a full refund if they choose to cancel their subscription within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. This refund policy is applicable provided that the customer has drafted one (1) or no legal documents using the subscription during this period.

1.2 Document Limitation: Should the customer draft more than one (1) legal document within the seven (7) day period, they will no longer be eligible for a refund. This is due to the resources and services already utilized by the customer.

1.3 Single Document Purchase: Customers who have purchased a single document from Airstrip AI are also eligible for a refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. This refund policy is applicable regardless of whether the document has been used or not.

1.4 Refund Request: To initiate a refund, customers must submit a formal request to Airstrip AI within the stipulated seven (7) day period. Any requests made beyond this period will not be considered for a refund.

1.5 Refund Processing: Upon receiving a valid refund request, Airstrip AI will process the refund within a reasonable time frame. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Refund Conditions

1. Dissatisfaction with Quality: In the event that a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the legal document provided by Airstrip AI, the customer may request a full refund. This request must be made within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase of the document. The customer must provide a detailed explanation of their dissatisfaction for the refund to be considered.
